| Physical Description | Hake have a thin, round body with a large mouth brimming with inward-turned teeth. Colouring is dark-grey along the spine, transitioning to a silver side and light-grey belly. They possess a squared-off tail and their dorsal and anal fins stretch the length of the spine. |
